Terroirs and vinification
The “Cour des Miracles” wine comes from the vines of the southern sector of the Nuits Saint Georges terroir, benefiting from a marly limestone soil with a south / south-east exposure.
The expression of the terroir and the grape variety is faithfully expressed thanks to vines which have, on average, 60 years worked in organic farming.

Food and wine pairing
A solid and structured wine, which goes perfectly with grilled meats with a strong flavor. During more sophisticated dinners, it will also go perfectly with fish or powerful cheeses such as Burgundian Epoisses or cîteaux cheeses.

Keeping and serving temperature
Serve between 15 ° and 16 ° C
Keeping: 5-10 years

Terroirs and vinification
The terroir is mainly composed of limestone. The harvest is done by hand on feet of about thirty years. Thanks to this know-how and respect for the environment, this appellation is now certified organic farming. Following a traditional Burgundian vinification of white wine, the wine is preserved in a 100% stainless steel tank in order to preserve its aromas and freshness.

Food and wine pairing
This wine is perfect to taste with fish, scallops or goat cheese.

Keeping and serving temperature
Serve between 10 ° and 11 ° C
