The Bourgogne Côte d’Or appellation was created in 2017. This is the 14th geographical name of the Burgundy appellation
The vineyard is mainly exposed to the south-east and occupies the foothills of the Côte, on land composed of old alluvium: scree and clayey colluvium, clayey silt and gravels at the exit of the valleys.
The vines between 30 and 45 years old are cultivated using sustainable methods.
