Terroirs and vinification<\/strong>
\nThe Bourgogne C\u00f4te d’Or appellation was created in 2017. This is the 14th geographical name of the Burgundy appellation
\nThe vineyard of Burgundy C\u00f4te d’Or is presented in a diagonal oriented from the northeast to the southwest, organized in a succession of slopes located between 200 and 450 meters above sea level, with a temperate climate, with a warm and dry undertone. . The vineyard is mainly exposed to the south-east and occupies the foothills of the C\u00f4te, on land composed of old alluvium: scree and clayey colluvium, clayey silt and gravels at the exit of the valleys.
\nThe vines between 30 and 45 years old are cultivated using sustainable methods.<\/p>\n
