Terroirs and vinification<\/strong>
\nThe rich soils are composed of limestone and clay and are well drained thanks to small pebbles. The earth is in places reddened by iron oxide.
\nThe vines are on average 45 years old and are cultivated with reasoned agriculture.
\nThe wines are aged for 10 to 12 months in barrels with a proportion of 20% new barrels.<\/p>\n
