Terroirs and vinification<\/strong>
\nThe vines are young and vigorous, with an average age of 25 years worked in Reasoned Agriculture.
\nThe vinification follows the Burgundian tradition: sorting in the vineyard or on the table, pressing, settling. Fermentations take place in stainless steel vats only to preserve the freshness, fruit and expressed minerality of the terroirs.<\/p>\n

\nTo be consumed both as an aperitif and with a dish, such as fish or poultry. Perfect match with sushi too.<\/p>\n
