Terroirs and vinification<\/strong>
\nThe “street in the port” climate is located exactly on the Pommard alluvial fan, with rich soils composed of clay and limestone, well drained thanks to gravel and rocky debris. The earth is in places reddened by iron oxide. The vines benefit from sun exposure all morning. The Pommard appellation is located between 250 and 330 meters above sea level.
\nOn vines aged 70 years on average worked in Reasoned Agriculture, these are very low yields around 20 hl \/ ha.<\/p>\n

\nThanks to solid and dense tannins, the wines of Pommard go perfectly with wild meats, whether it is game birds or feathers, grilled, roasted or braised, beef, lamb or poultry. .
