Terroirs and vinification<\/strong>
\nMainly from the M\u00e2connais vineyards, in the town of Az\u00e9, where the soil is clay-limestone with a touch of granite which confers roundness, freshness and minerality.
\nThe vines are young and vigorous, with an average age of 25 years worked in Organic Farming.<\/p>\n

\nExcellent with fish or seafood. Also goes very well with Asian cuisine.<\/p>\n
