The vineyard of Burgundy Côte d’Or is presented in a diagonal oriented from the northeast to the southwest, organized in a succession of slopes located between 200 and 450 meters above sea level, with a temperate climate, with a warm and dry undertone. . The vineyard is mainly exposed to the south-east and occupies the foothills of the Côte, on land composed of old alluvium: scree and clayey colluvium, clayey silt and gravels at the exit of the valleys.
The vines between 30 and 45 years old are cultivated using sustainable methods.

This wine goes well with delicate and aromatic dishes, but simple: salads, savory pies and pies, poultry. It goes equally well with fish, veal or cooked cheeses.
