Terroirs and vinification
The vines, aged 50 to 60 years, are planted on a limestone soil in the south of Burgundy and worked in a sustainable way.
Whole manual harvest. Traditional vinification with semi-carbonic maceration. Short vatting followed by aging for 6 months in cement vats.
Food and wine pairing
A fresh and fruity, light and pleasant wine that goes well with light, exotic or spicy dishes. It will go perfectly with tapas as an aperitif or with Asian dishes cooked in a wok.
