Terroirs and vinification
Between 250 and 300m above sea level, the Marsannay vineyards extend over beautiful parts of the hillside
and piedmont, on soils of the middle Jura composed of sandstone, marl, limestone and gravel.
Food and wine pairing
Ideal with red meats, Marsannay red wine goes well with fish, or exotic dishes, cold cuts or cheeses made from cow’s milk.
