Terroirs and vinification
The terroir is mainly composed of limestone. The harvest is done by hand on feet of about thirty years. Thanks to this know-how and respect for the environment, this appellation is now certified organic farming. Following a traditional Burgundian vinification of white wine, the wine is preserved in a 100% stainless steel tank in order to preserve its aromas and freshness.
