Terroirs and vinification
The lands of Bourgogne Pinot Noir are often very close to the most famous wines (sometimes a few tens or hundreds of meters away). They are located on the foothills of the coasts, in a limestone environment, nuanced with clay and marl, stony if not rocky, well drained and where water does not stagnate. This wine from the Closerie des Alisiers range comes mainly from the vines of the Côte de Nuits (towards Marsannay and Couchey) where the Pinot noir expresses all these aromas, its fruit and its terroir.
The vines between 30 and 45 years old are cultivated using sustainable methods.
