The soil is clay and limestone.
The vines are young and vigorous, 20 years on average.
The vinification is traditional and made only in stainless steel vats to preserve the purity of the fruit, minerality and freshness. Aging is in stainless steel vats for 9 months before bottling

These are fresh, dry but fruity wines. They have good concentration.
