Terroirs and vinification
The vines are young and vigorous, with an average age of 25 years worked in Reasoned Agriculture.
The vinification follows the Burgundian tradition: sorting in the vineyard or on the table, pressing, settling. Fermentations take place in stainless steel vats only to preserve the freshness, fruit and expressed minerality of the terroirs.
Food and wine pairing
To be consumed both as an aperitif and with a dish, such as fish or poultry. Perfect match with sushi too.
