Terroirs and vinification
Mainly from the Mâconnais vineyards, in the town of Azé, where the soil is clay-limestone with a touch of granite which confers roundness, freshness and minerality.
The vines are young and vigorous, with an average age of 25 years worked in Organic Farming.

Excellent with fish or seafood. Also goes very well with Asian cuisine.

Beautiful light gold color
Expressive, very frank nose, with accents of ripe plum and apricot.
The palate is lively, delicious and precise. Nice saline finish for a very beautifully crafted Chardonnay.
