Terroirs and vinification
The village of Milly-Lamartine is located in a valley surrounded by hills to the east, the “Montsart”, to the west the mountains of Cluny, to the south “the Montagne de Cras” and to the north “le bois clair”. This Macon-Milly Lamartine is the first vintage of a plot selection from Domaine Carrette located in the village of Vergisson.
The vines are young and worked in sustainable agriculture.
A traditional Burgundy vinification allows to express the fruit, the freshness and the minerality of the soil.

Food and wine pairing
A wine that presents itself well as an aperitif but also as a meal, making a beautiful association with fresh and exotic dishes such as sweet and savory dishes, woks or Japanese sushi dishes, etc.

To serve between 11 and 12 °.
